Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Operations Specialist to support its transfer agent team in managing trade lifecycles and ensuring data integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the end-to-end trade lifecycle, including placement, confirmation, and settlement processes
• Perform daily trade and cash reconciliations across traditional and blockchain environments
• Identify and investigate discrepancies, collaborating with senior team members for resolutions

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in financial services, back-office operations, or a related administrative role
• Foundational understanding of cash operations and interest in blockchain/tokenized asset settlement
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel for data management
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field preferred
