Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Specialist who is detail-oriented and has a strong customer service foundation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and respond to urgent emails and calls during non-business hours, resolving issues and communicating follow-up actions
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, court reporters, and vendors, ensuring a proactive approach to service
  • Process and distribute transcripts accurately while providing cross-functional support to other departments as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or a minimum of three years of experience in a customer service-focused environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
  • Ability to learn and apply processes across multiple departments
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines
  • Prior remote work experience is strongly preferred
