Job Summary
A company is looking for an Operations Specialist who is detail-oriented and has a strong customer service foundation.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to urgent emails and calls during non-business hours, resolving issues and communicating follow-up actions
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, court reporters, and vendors, ensuring a proactive approach to service
- Process and distribute transcripts accurately while providing cross-functional support to other departments as needed
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or a minimum of three years of experience in a customer service-focused environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
- Ability to learn and apply processes across multiple departments
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines
- Prior remote work experience is strongly preferred
