Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Specialist for their Global Network Operations Center team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Continuously monitor communication channels to detect and document incidents
• Act as an initial responder by analyzing systems, networks, and cloud environments to triage issues
• Lead efforts to resolve player and user-impacting problems and manage routine access requests

Required Qualifications:

• Fundamental knowledge of Linux systems, including scripting and debugging
• Solid understanding of networking concepts such as routing and packet loss
• Experience with monitoring and alert platforms like Prometheus and Grafana
• Familiarity with cloud architectures including AWS and GCP
• Knowledge of service management frameworks like ITIL and incident handling processes
