Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Specialist I to support daily insurance operations related to trust-owned assets for financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter, review, and maintain property, occupancy, and valuation information within internal systems
• Maintain insurance records and track external policies, including renewals and required documentation
• Assist with routine insurance transactions and endorsements under the guidance of senior team members

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in insurance operations, trust administration, financial services, or a customer service-focused environment
