Operations Specialist, a full-time position focused on executing operational initiatives, supporting project delivery, and enhancing internal tools and workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute operational initiatives at the direction of Operations Leadership
• Build and maintain tools, trackers, and outputs to support project delivery
• Assist in the development of operational reporting and automation tools

Required Qualifications

• Associates degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in engineering design or project delivery
• Experience working directly on design or project teams
• Familiarity with engineering project workflow
• Strong attention to detail
