Job Summary

Operations Specialist, responsible for designing and building efficient route assignments for drivers, processing ride requests, and communicating with school district partners, in a full-time, permanent remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Process new ride requests and manage daily changes in driver or rider assignments
• Design and assign routes to maximize efficiency for drivers, schools, and guardians
• Communicate with school district partners and guardians to ensure smooth operation of routes

Required Qualifications

• At least 18 years old
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English
• Have a working computer with a camera and microphone
• Reliable internet connection
• Exhibits specialist level or higher competency on all Core Competencies
