Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the delivery and ongoing operations of HVAC and Heat Pump Water Heater programs, the full-time Operations Specialist will serve as a key internal coordinator and liaison between distributors, account managers, and internal teams, primarily working remotely with occasional in-person meetings in Portland, Oregon.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the operational point of contact for HVAC and HWH program execution, collaborating with distributors and trade allies
• Support tool rollouts and system enhancements, including user acceptance testing and training for stakeholders
• Utilize data systems to pull reports, track program activity, and maintain project trackers for operational workflows

Required qualifications

• Experience in operations, program coordination, or energy efficiency programs, preferably with HVAC or trade ally networks
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to engage multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Familiarity with data systems, reporting tools, or program tracking platforms
• High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Bilingual communication skills are a plus
