Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Serving as a critical partner to the CEO and security team, the full-time on-site Operations Specialist will manage operational infrastructure, oversee logistics and inventory, and lead project management initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain operational infrastructure, including SOPs and internal documentation
• Oversee tracking and management of vehicle fleet and security equipment
• Lead internal initiatives, tracking timelines and deliverables for process improvements

Required qualifications

• Background in operations, logistics, supply chain, government, or military environments preferred
• Experience in project management, process development, and contract management
• Familiarity with inventory tracking and basic accounting principles
• Proficiency with modern tools, including Google Suite and operational platforms
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
