Operations Specialist

Job Summary

To improve operational efficiency, the full-time remote Operations Specialist will analyze data, optimize workflows, and maintain scalable systems and documentation while collaborating across teams.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and reconcile data to support operational decision-making and identify trends
• Identify inefficiencies and develop solutions to enhance workflows and team performance
• Develop and maintain internal documentation and training materials to ensure information accessibility and scalability

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in an operations role within a fast-paced environment
• Experience enhancing team or system efficiency through process analysis and strategic improvements
• Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights
• Proficiency with tools such as Google Sheets, Mode, Looker, and customer support platforms
• Comfortable working cross-functionally across diverse teams and stakeholder groups
