Operations Specialist

Job Summary

To support a multi-state law firm, the full-time remote Operations Specialist will efficiently process client referrals, manage title orders, and resolve complex issues related to foreclosure and default cases.

Key responsibilities:

• On-board client referrals and prepare foreclosure FDCPA letters
• Serve as the escalation point for the National Intake Team to resolve complex impediment issues
• Perform data entry, review mortgage documents, and communicate with clients regarding case progress

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 5+ years of experience in Default/Foreclosure/Title knowledge
• Experience with BKFS, Tempo, and Equator preferred
• Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office products
• Ability to manage and prioritize a large caseload effectively
