Operations Specialist

Job Summary

To support a multi-state law firm, the full-time remote Operations Specialist will manage client referrals, process foreclosure-related documents, and ensure compliance with client SLAs while maintaining high accuracy in data entry and communication.

Key responsibilities

• On-board client referrals and prepare foreclosure FDCPA letters
• Retrieve, upload, and review mortgage documents while monitoring title searches
• Communicate with clients via email and assist with special projects as needed

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any field
• Preferred knowledge in Default/Foreclosure/Title processes
• Experience with BKFS, Tempo, and Equator is highly preferred
• Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office products
• Ability to manage and prioritize a large caseload
