Job Summary

To support operational excellence in a remote environment, the full-time Operations Specialist II will identify inefficiencies, optimize systems, and implement solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance patient workflows and technology adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Lead operational improvements by identifying inefficiencies and recommending practical solutions
• Document process updates and share learnings to ensure team alignment as the organization grows
• Manage independent escalations and provide clear handoffs to senior leadership when necessary

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in healthcare operations, patient coordination, or digital health (3+ years preferred)
• Ability to analyze various factors to determine the best action within established procedures
• Proven initiative in anticipating patient and team needs and supporting them empathetically
• Experience in troubleshooting and creatively solving problems with foresight
