Operations Specialist

Job Summary

To support the Offshore Business Operations Team in the Employee Health and Benefits area, the fully remote Operations Specialist will manage projects, provide guidance to teammates and vendors, and ensure operational goals are met while driving excellence in client service.

Key responsibilities:

• Write, update, and train on Standard Operating Procedures
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and track quality metrics to recommend improvements
• Analyze feedback and create reports and presentations related to operational performance

Required qualifications:

• College Degree or equivalent education and experience
• Three years of experience in the Employee Health and Benefits industry
• Proven ability to prioritize responsibilities and accomplish goals proactively
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
