Job Summary

To support a growing logistics team, the full-time remote Operations Specialist will set up new orders for time-sensitive commodities, provide proactive customer updates, and manage communications while ensuring adherence to operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Set up new orders and verify the accuracy of pickups and flight departures
• Provide timely updates to customers regarding order status and potential delays
• Manage inbound and outbound communications, addressing issues and inquiries effectively
