Operations Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing mission-driven organization, the remote Operations Specialist will manage the placement of teachers in classrooms, ensuring 100% fill rates while building strong relationships with schools and guest educators in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Fill 100% of classrooms by placing the right teachers and utilizing an absence management system for daily assignments
• Organize and prioritize daily tasks and projects effectively while adapting to changing school needs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools and guest teachers, ensuring satisfaction and retention through professional communication

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 1-2 years of experience teaching or working closely with students preferred
• Strong time-management and prioritization skills
• Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to independently accomplish goals
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis and process improvement
