Operations Specialist
Job Summary
Leveraging technical expertise to troubleshoot hardware issues, the full-time Operations Specialist will manage key operating systems and provide backend support for JOLT EV charging stations while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Triage and troubleshoot hardware issues with EV charging stations, managing maintenance activities and third-party contractors
- Serve as the escalation point for customer service support, efficiently resolving issues and addressing inquiries
- Refine operational processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance installation and user experiences
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical or engineering field
- 1-3 years of experience with electrical or technical hardware systems
- Proven product support experience with remote troubleshooting; EV-specific knowledge is advantageous
- Working proficiency with AI tools for troubleshooting research and process improvements
- Ability to interpret technical O&M manuals and manage contractors efficiently
