Job Summary

As a full-time remote Operations Specialist, AI Solutions, the successful candidate will manage the onboarding of historical data, process AI-assisted outputs, and ensure quality assurance across multiple product workflows while collaborating with customer-facing teams to optimize operational frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Ingest and structure historical data and documents into platforms for AI-assisted workflows
• Process incoming work requests within defined SLAs, ensuring efficient workflow management
• Review AI-generated outputs for accuracy and completeness, applying sound judgment throughout the process

Required qualifications

• 2-3 years of professional experience in operations, administration, or data-focused roles
• Proficiency in standard business tools, including Excel, and familiarity with task management workflows
• Experience in financial services or investment management is preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated content and work independently with a high degree of ownership
