Job Summary

To support the operations team, the full-time hourly Operations Specialist I will set up new orders for time-sensitive commodities, provide proactive customer updates, and manage communications while working remotely or from Carlsbad, CA.

Key responsibilities

• Set up new orders by following standard work practices and client-specific instructions
• Provide proactive updates to customers regarding delays and potential solutions
• Manage inbound and outbound communications, ensuring timely acknowledgment and action on requests

Required qualifications

• Familiarity with airline booking and tracking systems
