Job Summary
To support a growing operations team, the full-time hourly Operations Specialist I will set up new orders for time-sensitive commodities, provide proactive customer updates, and manage inbound and outbound communications in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Set up new orders by adhering to standard work practices and client-specific SOP instructions
- Provide proactive updates to customers regarding delays and issues while offering alternative solutions
- Manage and respond to all inbound communications, ensuring timely acknowledgment and action on requests
Required qualifications
- Experience in logistics or customer service roles
- Ability to navigate and interpret airline booking and tracking websites
- Familiarity with order management systems and communication platforms
- Strong situational awareness and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to meet minimum metric requirements and customer service standards
