Key Responsibilities

• Manage underwriting and technical document processing for financial products
• Support EPC partner requests and provide consultative service to transaction partners
• Maintain knowledge base and manage communications and compliance monitoring

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a customer, tech, or sales support role
• Knowledge of solar, HVAC, or geothermal industries preferred
• Passion for servant leadership and supporting frontline sales reps
• Ability to navigate stressful situations with high emotional intelligence
• Proficient in web-browser hotkeys/shortcuts with a typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
