Job Summary

To support the operations team, the full-time Operations Specialist III, Dangerous Goods Certified will manage the setup of time-sensitive orders, provide proactive customer updates, and track order status from start to finish in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve escalated issues independently and assist team members with inquiries related to Dangerous Goods
• Operate the Airspace platform while adhering to Dangerous Goods certification requirements and current policies
• Meet performance metrics and customer service standards, with expectations increasing upon advancement

Required qualifications

• Hold a Dangerous Goods Certification
• Expertise in international regulations and import/export requirements
• Ability to make educated decisions under pressure while balancing speed, cost, and customer impact
• Experience in resolving escalated issues and providing guidance to team members
• Proven track record of maintaining high performance metrics in a fast-paced environment
