Operations Specialist - Pennsylvania

Job Summary

To support the daily operations of the Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP) and Marketplace lines of business, the full-time Operations Specialist - Pennsylvania will manage regulatory compliance, oversee audit preparations, and coordinate project implementations while working remotely in the Eastern Standard Time Zone.

Key responsibilities

• Track and manage inquiries and submissions for CHIP and Marketplace, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement operational updates and identify process improvements
• Coordinate and support regulatory audits, including documentation and follow-up activities

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required; Master's Degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience required
• Experience in managing compliance and regulatory operations in healthcare
• Proficiency in data management and reporting
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
