Job Summary
A national Engineering and Architecture firm is seeking an Operations Specialist on a part-time, remote basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Submit and oversee approximately 50 certificate of authorization (COA) applications nationwide
- Research each state's unique regulatory landscape to gather necessary information for COA applications
- Follow up and ensure approval of each application
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in researching and submitting COAs or Professional Firm license applications
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to communicate professionally with state agencies and governing entities
- Computer proficiency for extended periods of work
