Operations Strategy Consultant

Job Summary

Freelancing as a Strategic Operations Manager, AI-Enabled Systems (AI-Fluent) Consultant, the remote role will prioritize and manage a backlog of process and systems projects, mapping workflows and building AI-enabled solutions for clients, typically requiring 15 to 20 hours of work per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to prioritize and manage a backlog of process and systems projects, delivering results in two-week increments
• Map and redesign current-state workflows into documented, scalable future-state processes
• Build AI-enabled systems and internal tools using modern stacks like Supabase and Vercel

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations with the ability to manage a backlog of projects with minimal oversight
• Strong experience in mapping and redesigning operational workflows for fast-scaling teams
• Proficiency in building lightweight internal tools end-to-end, preferably using Supabase and Vercel
• Proven track record of replacing ad hoc or no-code tooling with durable, scalable systems
• Broad fluency in large language models (LLMs) and comfort working across various model platforms
