Operations Strategy Lead

Job Summary

Managing the internal operations of the Office of Strategy Management, the full-time Lead, Operations Strategy will design and improve processes, support leadership with operational insights, and oversee team development while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end internal operations for the Office of Strategy Management, enhancing core processes for high performance
• Serve as a trusted operational partner to leadership, providing structured recommendations and insights for decision-making
• Directly manage the OSM Operations Specialist, setting goals, coaching, and facilitating performance reviews

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 7-10 years of experience in operations, program management, or strategy execution roles
• Proven experience in designing internal team operations at scale
• 1-3 years of direct people management experience
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
