Operations Strategy Lead

Job Summary

To drive the company's highest-priority strategic initiatives, the full-time remote Operations Strategy Lead will manage PatientIQ's portfolio of strategic initiatives, ensuring clear ownership and measurable outcomes while partnering across various departments to deliver business results.

Key responsibilities

• Own and govern the company's portfolio of strategic initiatives from prioritization through execution
• Lead complex cross-functional initiatives, collaborating with Product, Commercial, Customer Success, Engineering, Finance, and Operations
• Establish and scale the Strategic Program Office (SPO) by developing governance, operating cadence, and accountability mechanisms

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, corporate strategy, or business operations at a high-growth SaaS or technology company
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop clear, actionable recommendations
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and drive accountability across teams
• Strong aptitude for AI and modern productivity tools, with an interest in improving organizational efficiency
• Bachelor's degree required
