Job Summary
A company is looking for an Operations Success Manager (Logistic).
Key Responsibilities
- Own and optimize global operational activities across order fulfillment, returns, and inventory management
- Serve as the primary operational point of contact for customers and internal teams, ensuring service level objectives are met
- Resolve customer escalations and drive process improvements through analysis and corrective actions
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years in operations, supply chain, or inventory management in a tech or B2B environment
- Experience managing end-to-end fulfillment and returns operations
- Strong data analysis skills for interpreting operational metrics
- Familiarity with CRM or ticketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zendesk, Jira)
- Proactive problem-solving mindset for root cause analysis
