Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Success Manager (Logistic).

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and optimize global operational activities across order fulfillment, returns, and inventory management
  • Serve as the primary operational point of contact for customers and internal teams, ensuring service level objectives are met
  • Resolve customer escalations and drive process improvements through analysis and corrective actions
Required Qualifications

  • Experience managing end-to-end fulfillment and returns operations

  • Familiarity with CRM or ticketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zendesk, Jira)
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset for root cause analysis
