Operations Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor Operations to manage team performance and support key product offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor team workload, quality metrics, and efficiency to meet performance guarantees and service levels
• Execute talent management responsibilities including goal setting, performance reviews, and training
• Provide subject matter expertise and support for escalated issues, project leadership, and process maintenance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or related field, or equivalent experience; HS diploma or GED required
• 3 years of experience in operations management or related fields
• Eligibility to work in the United States without requiring work visa or residency sponsorship
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
• Experience with E-Prescribe or pharmacy benefit management is a plus
