Job Summary
A company is looking for an Operations Supervisor for Member Support Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach and support Operations Specialists in daily operations and team-based care
- Manage daily activities to ensure efficient, high-quality service and adherence to workflows
- Lead training sessions and oversee hiring and onboarding processes for new team members
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent education and experience; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, with 1 year of supervisory experience preferred
- At least 1 year of remote call center experience with proficiency in related technologies
- Experience in healthcare, insurance eligibility, retail, or hospitality preferred
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
