Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Supervisor for Member Support Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach and support Operations Specialists in daily operations and team-based care
  • Manage daily activities to ensure efficient, high-quality service and adherence to workflows
  • Lead training sessions and oversee hiring and onboarding processes for new team members
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or equivalent education and experience; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, with 1 year of supervisory experience preferred
  • At least 1 year of remote call center experience with proficiency in related technologies
  • Experience in healthcare, insurance eligibility, retail, or hospitality preferred
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
