Job Summary

- Manage daily operations and oversee adherence to workflows, policies, and procedures
- Lead training sessions and collaborate with leadership to align operations with organizational goals
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, with 1 year of supervisory experience preferred
- At least 1 year of remote call center experience with proficiency in related technologies
- Experience in healthcare, insurance eligibility, retail, or hospitality preferred
- Must meet pre-employment requirements including background checks and health screenings
