Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Supervisor for Member Support Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach and support Operations Specialists to ensure high-quality service and team collaboration
  • Manage daily operations and oversee adherence to workflows, policies, and procedures
  • Lead training sessions and collaborate with leadership to align operations with organizational goals


Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, with 1 year of supervisory experience preferred
  • At least 1 year of remote call center experience with proficiency in related technologies
  • Experience in healthcare, insurance eligibility, retail, or hospitality preferred
  • Must meet pre-employment requirements including background checks and health screenings
