Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Supervises staff, monitors workflow, and ensures timely and accurate processing
• Develops policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and supports new contracts
• Analyzes operational data and provides feedback for process improvement and quality control

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience required
• 2+ years of direct supervisory experience, including hiring and firing authority for a minimum of ten associates
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare or a production environment required
• Experience in supporting production teams in related industries is required for specific roles
