Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Supervisor - National Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations for a team of 30-40 medical coders
• Develop procedures to enhance departmental accuracy and efficiency
• Monitor quality and productivity, implementing improvements as necessary

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED
• 2+ years in an Operations/Production environment
• 1+ years of experience in a leadership role
• Experience tracking employee performance metrics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
