Key Responsibilities

• Supervises staff, monitors workflow, and ensures timely and accurate processing
• Develops policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiencies and meets organizational objectives
• Analyzes operational data to identify improvements and handles escalations and administrative issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of direct supervisory experience with hiring and firing authority for at least ten associates
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare or a production environment
• Experience in supporting production teams in related industries may be required for specific roles
• US citizenship and current security clearance may be required
