Operations Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Supervisor 1 for the Strategic Enterprise Solutions (SES) team, working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and drive operational excellence for Vertical Market and Global and Enterprise Accounts
• Manage and coordinate a team responsible for project coordination, scheduling, and logistics for various customer projects
• Maximize customer satisfaction by effectively executing all assigned projects and assessing manpower needs

Required Qualifications

• College degree, trade school, or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Preferred experience in engineering, field, or project management
• Experience in industries such as electronic, fire alarm & life safety, building automation, and/or healthcare is a plus
• Previous project supervisory experience is preferred
