Job Summary
A company is looking for an Operations Supervisor, 3rd Party to lead and supervise associates in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and supervise associates to maximize performance and efficiency

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 2+ years of experience as a Team Lead or Supervisor in a Call Center or Customer Service environment
- Knowledge of collections, medical terminology, and healthcare administration
- Experience in performance management, staffing, and training
- Proficiency in personal computing, including MS Office applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
