Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor - Operations to manage and supervise the Claims Team, ensuring timely and proper claims processing in accordance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and mentoring to staff while ensuring exceptional customer service
• Analyze claims processing and implement policies to enhance operations and production
• Handle personnel-related duties including hiring, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 6 months experience in the Medicare Advantage program
• Thorough knowledge of medical terminology and claims processing procedures
• Experience in supervising staff and conducting employee evaluations
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
