Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor-Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach and develop team to achieve account specific and organization CPIs and KPIs
  • Monitor employee performance using coaching tools and performance dashboards
  • Handle escalated customer claims issues and promote teamwork within the organization
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service or call center, including 12 months in a supervisory role
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred
  • Proficiency with necessary technology, including computers and software applications
  • Ability to drive team efficiency and productivity through effective metric management
