Operations Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Operations to oversee entry and processing staff while ensuring efficient workflow and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and manage hiring, training, evaluations, and performance management
• Monitor workflow and production reports to ensure timely and accurate processing
• Develop policies and procedures to improve operational efficiencies and support new contracts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of direct supervisory experience with hiring and firing authority for at least ten associates
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare or a production environment
• Experience in Medicare is highly preferred
• Experience in enrollment is highly desired
