Job Summary

To support operational excellence, the fully remote Operations Supervisor will coach and develop team members, monitor performance metrics, and manage employee accountability to achieve organizational goals.

Key responsibilities
  • Coach and develop team to meet account-specific and organizational CPIs and KPIs
  • Monitor employee performance using coaching tools and performance dashboards
  • Handle escalated customer claims issues and promote teamwork across functions
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or call center, including 12 months in a supervisory role
  • Proficiency with relevant technology, including software applications and phone systems
  • Ability to drive individual and team efficiency through effective metric management
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred
