Leading a team of travel consultants, the full-time remote Operations Supervisor will manage day-to-day operations, oversee key performance indicators, and provide coaching to enhance team performance across various European locations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support to a team of travel consultants
• Analyze performance data to optimize team effectiveness
• Develop training programs to address competency gaps within the team

Required qualifications

• Extensive experience in the corporate travel management industry
• Relevant supervising experience
• Advanced skills in GDS Sabre
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
