Job Summary
Supporting the management of the Representative team, the fully remote Operations Supervisor will ensure efficient service delivery, provide leadership and guidance to staff, and foster a motivated workforce while collaborating with the Virtual Center Manager.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure superior service quality and provide escalation support for customer needs and complaints
- Collaborate with the Virtual Center Manager to meet key performance metrics and maintain a positive remote work environment
- Monitor real-time queues and adjust schedules to prioritize inbound customer calls while evaluating and suggesting improvements for operational processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Three years of professional customer service experience and one year of supervisory experience with large teams
- Ability to work full-time between 7 am to 4 pm Central Time Zone, Monday through Friday
- Ability to communicate effectively in American Sign Language (REQUIRED)
- Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service roles is a plus
