Operations Supervisor

Job Summary

Leading a hybrid remote team, the full-time Operations Supervisor will oversee workflow and operational efficiencies, manage a seasoned team, and ensure compliance while resolving escalated complaints and driving process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate direct reports to innovate and improve processes while maintaining high service levels
• Research and resolve escalated complaints, ensuring timely and thorough responses
• Develop and maintain policies and procedures, driving compliance and accountability within the team

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management or related field preferred; High School diploma required
• 3-5 years of experience in credit card and/or banking, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Loan Servicing Software
• Ability to communicate effectively with various audiences, including customers and auditors
