Operations Supervisor

Job Summary

Leading a hybrid team of analysts and application processors, the full-time Operations Supervisor will ensure efficient processing workflows and drive data analysis efforts to support commercial energy efficiency programs in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Supervise and coach a team of analysts and processing staff to optimize performance
• Design and document operational workflows for application processing, ensuring compliance and efficiency
• Oversee daily processing tasks and lead the team's analysis function to track performance indicators and generate insights

Required qualifications:

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in operations or program management
• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Environmental Science, Energy, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
• Experience in supervising teams and managing performance feedback
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to present data insights to stakeholders
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
