Job Summary

Supervising a multi-functional team in a remote setting, the full-time Operations Supervisor will manage training, development, and operational standards while resolving complex service issues across various functional areas including client support and claims processing.

Key responsibilities
  • Supervise employee outcomes by training, assigning, and coaching team members while adhering to policies and procedures
  • Meet operational standards by implementing production and quality measures, resolving problems, and identifying system improvements
  • Maintain customer service objectives by monitoring daily operations and resolving escalated claims and customer issues
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3 years of related professional experience with demonstrated leadership skills
  • Proficiency in the service, claims, or enrollment & billing areas
  • Knowledge of call center operations and workflows
  • Strong presentation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
