Job Summary
Supervising a multi-functional team remotely, the full-time Operations Supervisor will provide daily direction regarding training, development, and operational standards while resolving complex service issues and improving departmental operations.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise employee outcomes by training, assigning, scheduling, and coaching team members
- Meet operational standards by contributing to strategic plans and implementing productivity and quality improvements
- Maintain customer service objectives by monitoring operations and resolving escalated claims and customer issues
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3 years of related professional experience with demonstrated leadership skills
- Proficiency in service, claims, or enrollment & billing areas
- Knowledge of call center operations and workflows
- Strong presentation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
