Job Summary
Supervising a multi-functional team remotely, the full-time Operations Supervisor will manage training, development, and daily operations across various areas including client support and claims processing, while resolving complex service issues and ensuring operational standards are met.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise employee performance through training, scheduling, and coaching, while adhering to company policies
- Meet operational standards by contributing to strategic planning and implementing quality and productivity improvements
- Monitor daily operations to maintain customer service objectives and resolve escalated claims and billing issues
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3 years of related professional experience with demonstrated leadership skills
- Proficiency in service, claims, or enrollment & billing areas
- Knowledge of call center operations and workflows
- Strong analytical skills for preparing performance reports
