Job Summary
Overseeing frontline Care Coordinators and Care Navigators, the full-time salaried Operations Supervisor will ensure daily operational execution, monitor performance metrics, and provide coaching while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and manage daily operational queues to ensure timely processing and adherence to service levels
- Conduct regular performance check-ins and provide coaching to team members to improve operational outcomes
- Serve as the first escalation point for complex member cases and collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational issues
Required qualifications
