Operations Supervisor

Job Summary

Providing direct supervision to entry and processing staff, the full-time Operations Supervisor will manage hiring, training, and performance evaluation while ensuring timely and accurate workflow in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Monitor reports and assign resources to ensure production effectiveness and process improvement
• Adjust processes and procedures as necessary to maintain quality standards
• Respond to customer inquiries and track issues for potential process enhancements

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of direct supervisory experience with hiring and firing authority for at least ten associates
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare or a production environment
• Experience in supporting production teams in print, fulfillment, or manufacturing is preferred for specific roles
