Job Summary

Leading overnight operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, the full-time remote Operations Supervisor, Overnight will manage multiple concurrent workstreams, ensure adherence to quality standards, and facilitate effective communication among teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Oversees multiple concurrent workstreams, maintaining real-time awareness of operational status and risks
• Acts as the primary escalation point, resolving complex issues and making timely decisions during overnight operations
• Manages and optimizes resource allocation, ensuring teams focus on high-impact activities and maintaining quality execution standards

Required qualifications

• Proven ability to work in high-volume, time-sensitive environments
• Strong decision-making skills with the ability to respond quickly under pressure
• Experience supporting technology deployments, field services, or infrastructure programs
• Familiarity with escalation management and incident response frameworks
• Ability to work overnight shifts on a consistent basis
