Operations Supervisor - PPO Claims

Job Summary

Supervising a multi-functional team, the full-time Operations Supervisor - PPO Claims will manage training, development, and performance of claims processing staff while resolving complex claims issues in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and direct team members on training, scheduling, and performance management
• Ensure operational standards by contributing to strategic plans and resolving claims-related problems
• Monitor daily operations to maintain customer service objectives and resolve escalated claims

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3 years of related professional experience with demonstrated leadership skills
• Proficiency in service, claims, or enrollment & billing areas
• Knowledge of claims operations and workflows
• Strong presentation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
